In her first Interdentale webinar „Entender y ser entendidos. Comunicación clínica para explorar expectativas y construir decisiones compartidas”, she will pay special attention on some of the communication challenges that frequently arise in daily dental practice.
We will discuss how to explore patient expectations, understand what may lie behind certain requests, and communicate clearly what we can offer as well as the limits of our professional role.
