Equal opportunities are part and parcel of our everyday working life. If you take a look around DMG, you will notice that the ratio of women to men in management positions is balanced. We also fundamentally treat everyone with respect and appreciation, regardless of their gender identity, nationality, skin colour, religion, world view, sexual orientation, age or any disabilities. For example, a team from the Elbe-Werkstätten workshops for people with disabilities also works permanently with us here in Hamburg.

Commitment to charitable causes
At DMG, we are committed to making dental care accessible to those who are socially disadvantaged. We have long supported numerous projects and organisations, both within Germany and internationally. Examples include the Zahnmobil mobile dental clinic and Zahnambulanz outpatient dental department of Hamburg’s Caritas Association, the Zahnmobil mobile dental clinic of the German Red Cross in Hamburg, the Dental Wellness Trust run by London-based dentist Dr Linda Greenwall and the SEKEM project in Egypt.
Supporting people
Achieving a work-life balance is a high priority at DMG. We offer a wide range of flexible working time models for this precise purpose. Together, we find individual solutions that take employees’ personal and private circumstances into account. We support our employees by providing various advanced training opportunities, both externally and internally. Regular training courses, workshops and seminars are held in our very own Dental Training Centre. DMG is certified as a “Good Training Provider”. In addition to traditional traineeships, we offer integrated degree courses, dual study programmes, work experience placements and student trainee positions.
