Sustainability at DMG

Sustainability is a cornerstone of our business practices. This is reflected firstly through our resource-conserving measures, including green roofs, photovoltaic systems, reduced packaging and the use of green electricity. It can also be seen in how we subsidise the Deutschland-Ticket travel card, the bike leasing scheme JobRad and much more for our employees.

As a member of the Mühlbauer Technology family of companies, we believe that sustainability also means having long-term corporate and employee policies.

Business decisions aren’t made based on motives of generating short-term profits. Many of our employees have been with the company for a very long time. The owner family’s third generation has started taking on management roles.
