Last Monday we received an award that we are particularly proud of: the AGA business association presented DMG with their quality seal as “Good Training Provider”.
This certification is only awarded to those who meet the high standards set in six different categories. The assessment criteria covers: eligibility and selection, training, employer benefits, working hours & flexibility, motivation and cooperation, and occupational safety.
On receiving the certificate and award, DMG Executive Vice President Susanne Stegen commented, “We attach great importance to training so that we can continue to secure good, qualified junior employees. Our main aim in training is to take on our apprentices”.
During their training period, apprentices are closely supported by various colleagues and managers. They are an integral part of the team from the very beginning and already take on key tasks. At DMG, apprentices benefit from a diverse training programme and various advantages, such as extensive social benefits.
The AGA quality seal is the first confirmation of how high the quality of training at DMG is.
