Description
Recent developments in the area of dental materials and diagnostic strategies allow dentistry to intervene in the carious process, mild fluorosis and hypomineralized enamel through micro-invasive approaches.
One of those is Resin infiltration that has evolved significantly during the last decade, through the understanding of the tridimensional topography of enamel opacities and using transillumination as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool, turning them into more predictable clinical solutions. On the other hand, the patients are more informed about the current non-invasive or micro-invasive strategies looking for an esthetic solution without the need of invasive operative approaches.
The objective of this webinar is to describe the etiology of dental caries, fluorosis and enamel hypomineralization together with clinical protocols to treat them with ICON resin infiltration alone, or in combination with other clinical approaches (bleaching, additive composite restorations, etc.).
Finally, as usual, we will take enough time for your questions and discussions.
